1. Order & Delivery

* Orders will be processed after confirmation of payment.
* The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
* Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier service.

2. International Orders

* For international orders, all applicable custom duties, taxes, import charges, and other destination-country fees will be borne by the customer.
* International orders are subject to the shipping and customs policies applicable in the destination country.

3. Returns & Exchanges

* All orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
* In case of a fitting or sizing issue, we will assist in getting the garment altered/fitted, subject to feasibility.
* Customers are requested to carefully check their measurements and size details before placing an order.

4. Product & Customisation

* As our pieces may involve individual finishing and tailoring, slight variations in colour, embroidery, print, or finish may occur.
* Any approved alteration will be carried out based on the garment and the nature of the fitting issue.

5. Order Confirmation

* Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation may not be possible.
* Please ensure that all shipping, contact, and measurement details provided at the time of ordering are accurate.

6. Customer Responsibility

* NIKNIK is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.
